Festival 6 - 10 March, 2024

This outrageously funny film about two sisters, one horse and one little hen made us laugh but also think about the importance of selfless friendship and the complicated everyday evolution of all our relationships. We were happy to see this piece of animated art from a courageous animator who’s not afraid to employed sometimes very bizarre and silly humor that doesn’t need to please everyone. Also its perfectly fitting clay animation helps to keep the rhythm and dynamic of the film even when it breaks into some more serious moments. We also loved the detailed, precise mise-en-scene and the way Kasia uses the three-dimensional space. We believe that the 3-month scholarship to live and work at quartier 21/MQ under the Artist-in-Residence Program will bring Kasia many more such original, courageous and funny ideas. Congratulations!
