A group of refugees tries to reach a safe country to find a better life. They pay a trafficker to take them across the border in a refrigerated truck. However, in the freezing cold inside the vehicle their hopes for a better future soon turn into a desperate struggle for survival.

For her courage to depict the undepictable, the jury would like to give the Tricky Women/Tricky Realities Festival Award to Farzaneh Omidvarnia for her puppet animation film "Song Sparrow". The uncanny yet affecting felt-puppets, the plot reduced to the essential, Farzaneh Omidvarnia makes use of the animation film technique in a most convincing (and maybe the only possible) way to render an experience thousands of people continue to go through at the borders of Europe.
