The master class presents the two main sides of Zorobabel’s work: on the one hand the production work especially with young directors (first or second film), and on the other hand the organization of collective workshops.

Since 1994 Belgian atelier Zorobabel concentrates its work on the production of animated autor's films and the initiation of animated film workshops for children, adolescents, and grown-ups. Zorobabel works with a lot of different publics, to initiate them to the animation's techniques and to make films with them, most of the time, we work with a theme that they've proposed. At Zorobabel's studio, the "Collecive Workshop" is open for adults from 18 years old who want to make a film together, in a professional way, with the director William Henne. The films of the Collective Workshop are destined to be shown in festival as the autor's films.

In parallel, Zorobabel launch the call for projects "START" to people who want to make his first or second film. Zorobabel chooses two authors to accompany every work step in producing their movie and provides its expertise for animation, during two years.

Apart from their presentation of Zorobabel’s work Delphine Cousin and Delphine Renard will host a 3-days workshop on “Music and Experimental Animation” in collaboration with the University of Applied Arts Vienna.

Also this year Tricky Women shows two movies (co-)produced by Zorobabel: De longues vacances (Caroline Nugues, BE 2015) and Kijé (Joanna Lorho, BE 2014, co-produced by Zorobabel).

In cooperation with University of Applied Arts Vienna.
